    Wow, great article– thanks for sharing. 🙂 Been thinking along the same lines on my blog–think we are all reaching the conclusion we need to reach farther. A couple of posts I recently wrote because I am struggling with the same questions that reflect my thoughts lately: http://futura.edublogs.org/2012/04/15/2206/ and http://futura.edublogs.org/2012/03/01/13-ways-to-turn-talk-into-action/ . I also think we have to focus on teacher education programs because 1)to improve expectations of collaboration and 2) some of them will BE future administrators. Gary did an excellent job of outlining a long term direction for advocacy. Thanks again for sharing!
